Fish: Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • salmon
    • honey + salt + pepper + smoked paprika + oil
    • just enough to cover the fish + pinch + pinch + pinch + dash
  • rice
    • I used Thai Black Rice, enough for 2
  • carrots
    • butter + honey + thyme
    • ~ 50 g + 50 g + 3 twigs
  • aaa and I forgot about broccoli
    • they got replaced with some lettuce leaves
  • dressing
    • 1 lime juice + 1 red pepper + 1 garlic clove

Method:

  • boil the rice until you like it, I added some salt in the water
  • glazed the carrots
    • butter or some oil in the pan
    • a good spoon of honey
    • thyme twigs
    • carrots, cleaned and sliced vertically
    • pinch of salt
  • salmon
    • thin layer of honey
    • salt
    • black pepper
    • smoked paprika – I’m not sure if I used smoked
  • dressing:
    • chopped red pepper
    • crushed garlic
    • lime juice

cooking Time for the:

  • rice: ~ 20 min
    • I tried to follow the pack guides
  • glazed carrots: ~ 20 min
    • until they are cooked to your likelihood
    • you could pre-boil them before frying them up in fat and honey
  • salmon: ~ 15 min
    • I tried to follow the original recipe guides
