The Tea Break Corner

I’ve started volunteering every Wednesday in The Queen’s Orchard in Greenwich Park. It is a lot of fun taking care of the vegetables. One day I noticed a little corner where the plants weren’t doing so well. They told me that they have been trying to grow plants there but it wasn’t really working.

I thought that if we can’t use it for planting, maybe we should use it as a resting area. A place to have our tea breaks. I sketched my idea and showed it to my supervisor. He liked the idea and asked me if I can make a digital version as he knew I had a¬†background¬†in design. I sent him a few snaps I rendered using ArchiCAD and he pushed the idea along. You should be able to find that corner now if you visit.
